Look at the way Rosell smiled and Neymar smiled when they shook each others hands at 6:17, he has been coming for a long time, there was already a verbal agreement as well as a plan for him to come eventually.

When it mentions "total deal", yes that's usually what it is referring to, however 7 million per year would mean 35 million over 5 years and that means we got him for just 15 million, so something isn't quite right...
