yeah, I like your idea of focusing on the youth. Still the club has to be rich enough to give good players good money and promise them titles. Otherwise in spite of having a productive youth system richer clubs would lure the players away. But focusing on developing young players definitely goes...

I really think Spanish clubs should take immediate action to raise cash. They can do that from rich owners or probably by selling shares of the club to the fans. EPL is becoming saturated with billionaires. It makes more sense that potential buyers come to La Liga as there are already many teams...
