Valverde’s handball’s not a pen, that’s for sure. But the case can be made for the rest. I think that Ceballos on Cubarsi and Rudiger on Ferran were clear and solid pens and should’ve been given.

We also adapted our game to the ref’s criteria. Most refs give Real a few yellows in the first half and make them change their game. But good point, happy they have it in them. That kind of shithousery often provides advantage.
