he is not a top finisher, but on his day will score. he has good runs behind. he can marginally dribble but not well enough for mid to top tier defenders. in the current market, a 50m player.
Valverde was chucked by the likes of Pique...
he was too nice of a guy. iniesta is like that too but would comand more respect due to his status as a player like xavi.
the point is, even great players turn out shit managers somehow. not sure I would go near iniesta no matter his personality if...
seems like a trend, doesn't it? everyone having bad individual seasons. In wonder how we managed to accumulate a collection of only bad players. what other factor could there be..
EV also very subdued, submissive and zero charisma, but you seem to like him.
we can't know how Iniesta would be as a coach. either way, shouldn't be near barca until he has enough experience and proves himself.
It looks like the players are making tons of mistakes but I think it's on xavi. they are disorganised and not sure what to do.
confidence has hit a new low, as displayed by thr fourth goal, which is schoolyard level defending. I don't believe any manager can turn the team around for this season...
I am pretty sure no one would play a 16 yo (15 until very recently) every game. His body is not ready for that level every 3 days. it's a one way ticket to a serious injury.
he should take a massive humble pill.
criticised messi and the amigos for barca not being good enough and supported xavi to the death.
I mean, how wrong can you be.
everything going as planned. we are just making you guys think you are clear and then xavi will pounce back with that special dish he has been cooking.
Yamal is getting better each game. Next season he could be unstoppable if he keeps this up. but we must not depend on him now. ita stupid. its physically wrong to play him every game against professionals at 16.
save yamal. xavi leave.
Hey @serghei..
tell me how xavi isn't a disaster again.
5.. FIVE goals conceded. by villareal. at home.
Holy shit, when I thought we couldn't get lower.
just wait for the Napoli thrashing now. its to late to turn it around even with an interim coach. fucking called it, he should have left sooner.
Pep is obviously the best. but I don't think he would have success with this team again.
Laporta would be a big issue and lack of money another. He wants an endless wallet and complete freedom to work, things he will not get here.
Perhaps thar is even better. get another coach for a season while our youngsters grow and make a deal with Klopp for next season, when he will be fresh. it doesn't have to me 2024-2025.
