    Isco

Bale in his wildest dreams can't measure up to Isco's talent.

    Penal Madrid

I think Madrid have got a future Ballon d'Or winner in Isco, he's an alien on the pitch at times. Talent overload. IMO, should have saved 60 million pounds and bought Lamela instead of Bale. Selling Ozil not looking like such a bad decision right now.

    Jesse Lingard

Our academy has produced gems in Butland and Redmond in the last few years, but before that we hadn't had any talent in years. Mutch, Darren Carter and Andy Johnson the only players of note.

    Jesse Lingard

Goes down in Blues folklore if he never pulls on the blue jersey again. Just shows the class difference between $$$PL academies and Championship academies. What a debut.

    10 - Lionel Messi - v2

Ribery beat Messi to WPotY? Can't see it myself. Leo will be the rightful winner.

    Cristiano Ronaldo - v1

I remember his debut vs Bolton in 2003, had never really seen anything like it. So raw, but the potential was there even then. 07/08 was such a fun season to watch Ronaldo too, never knew what he'd do week from week.

    Cristiano Ronaldo - v1

I'm a Birmingham City fan, but post here because the atmosphere's great and most posters are very knowledgable. Follow both Barca and Madrid though.

    Cristiano Ronaldo - v1

Hattrick goal was unreal. Will always be one of my favourite players.

    Cristiano Ronaldo - v1

Can't give Ronaldo that much space in the box. Great movement for 1st goal but the celebration was a bit...egotistical. Still love you though CR7.

    Luka Modrić

Luka has no ceiling. Talent overload. Carlo knows this, just a shame he couldn't see it in Ozil.

    Mesut Ozil

Stop the world I want to get off... This is the first time I've ever felt truly pissed off by football. It's not fair.

    Cristiano Ronaldo - v1

You don't have to drink to have fun. CR7 knows this.

    Sergio Busquets

Heart beat of the team. Come for invisible shield, stay for feints, swerves and utter class.

    Cristiano Ronaldo - v1

He should be an inspiration for any kid trying to break into the first team of a club. Very, very raw at 17/18 - lots of natural talent obviously, but nothing in Messi or Maradona's league - so he worked unbelievably hard to refine his technique and have a monster physique. Maybe poor examples...

    Luka Modrić

If I could be one player I would be Modric. Little Mozart, perfect playmaker who grafts too. Crack.

    Jesé Rodriguez

Is Morata the brighter prospect? How will Carlo use him?
  19. xavisionary

    Isco

    I'm not even exaggerating when I say that he's a bit like a Ronaldinho/Messi hybrid :S

    Gareth Bale

A question not asked enough; what would you do if you were Bale? I would personally push for the Madrid move, the chance to play alongside CR7 under the tutelage of Ancelotti and challenge for medals would be too strong. Decent pay rise too.
