It’s a pretty uncommon ligament to sprain tbh. Could be anything from few weeks to several months depending on how severe it is. Probably the former based on the little info I’ve seen so far, but it’s a much more uncommon injury compared to the typical ankle sprains the involve other ligaments...
Looks like he could've partially torn his MCL in that action.
How is that not a foul? Incredibly dangerous to bomb into someones standing leg like that
Absolute golazo at the perfect time! Thx Tractor
Doesn't change his overall contribution 2025 tho. Imo the worst of our starting eleven, and a striker like Alvarez is levels above atm.
And you just know this thread will be flooded with a bunch of Lewa fanboys losing it over how disrespectful it is to state the obvious - this old man is anchor dragging our team down. No matter how great he was in the past
It's incredible the amount of chances this team creates for him.
It doesn't even reflect in his xg stats properly, because his touch is so bad these days that he doesn't even get a shot on target before he is dispossesed.
And if he does manage to take a shot, the moment is passed and he's lost...
Two possible scenarios that would make me incredibly happy:
1. RM and Villa meet in the semis. It goes to a Penalty shootout, and Dibu puts on an absolute masterclass in shithousery, securing the win for Villa. Making both Jude and Vini miss and cry in the process.
2. RM gets past both Arsenal...
I har ihvertfald flere penge, det må man give jer.
Isak is a bit older and behind Haaland, but could have a more memorable carreer with bigger highs in the big games.
That is if he makes to Barca, and doesn't rot up in grey and boring Newcastle.
Not an impressive game from him by any standards. Only the first two points are from the 120 min of open play.
In 120 min of open play he had 2(!) good moments. And generally his workrate is pretty bad. It was truly a good tackle on Alvarez, just happens very rarely.
