What always annoyed me about Kroos is how miraculously he avoided the reputation of a diver. Guy went limp if he could smell he was about to lose possession. Spanish refereeing being mostly vibes based, they always went for it as well.

He has that competitive gene. Switches on in a different way when things go against him.
