I don't agree with you that we have a great defense. To be honest, we have sucky defense and Valdes is always there to save our asses (penalties etc2). But you are right, he's a good keeper but not among the best. We can only hope he stays and retire with us. :)

You don't start him for full 90 minutes of course. 15 ~ 20 mins per game is good enough in my opinion. He will back to full fitness in no time.

I'm pleased with this signing. He's been working hard and deserves to start.

Is he going or staying? Heard from several reports saying that he might be leaving Barcelona at the end of this season.
