Amazing performance from the team and tactics spot on from Luis Enrique. Just had a feeling before the game with Benitez trying to say Real Madrid were favorites and Enrique being as calm and smart to comment that there were no favorites for the game, and also that he was cold as an iceberg and...

I think that is more to do with confidence. Medically he is fit and his injury has healed, but the mind fears a relapse. If he was still feeling pain in his knee in any capacity or it wasn't fully mobile he wouldn't be training.
