David Villa should be respected more. FFS he is our most lethal option, bar Messi, and he agreed to stay til the summer. I don't know whats the problem, but we don't use him when we most need him, despite the fact that after his horrific injury he is prolific this season and has been effective.

He reminds me of Thierry Henry in his first season, where he kept falling even when he had the ball without any pressure. Alexis's confidence is obviously low and he just needs a string of 2-3 good games to get it back.

Managing under Berlusconi and Galliani, in the Serie A, is not quite the most comfortable seat for someone like Pep. Also with their squad, it will take some time to ingrain his system and a big squad makeover.
