Should be easy CDR win now. These lower league teams that play biggest game of their career was maybe most dangerous part of the competition... Madrid proved it after all
Bilbao, Valencia, Atletico.. all teams we had little problems beating under Flick. Bar Sociedad whom we would also probably win on a neutral ground

Can't take anything for granted but I do wish we draw Sociedad. Bet our boys will be extra motivated.
I agree, Flick should give more minutes to Bardji and better manage Lamine’s playing time. At some point, Laminw waisted many easy passes sign that he needs rest.

It doesn't get talked about enough, but it's amazing how he has managed to stay so dignified under the backdrop of such flagrant corruption.
He would have been well within his rights to have had at least one meltdown about the refereeing bias in La Liga, but nothing so far, bar the odd jibe.
Whilst I would like for him to talk about the bias more, there is a part of me that respects his controlling of his emotions. He sees it, he feels it, he hates it, but he doesn't let it destroy his DIGNITY.
In a footballing world where being a cunt has become the norm, it's a fabulous relief that Don Hansi comes across as such a nice guy ....... And yet still WINS.

Another aspect where he is great is man management of the players that don't play much. Guys like Roony, Gavi and Araujo all clearly love him as they went to celebrate with him as soon as they scored a goal despite Flick giving them very little minutes on the pitch. That's very hard to achive, can't remember anything like it in the past.
