For being such a supposedly smart guy he's probably going to have to issue an apology to Deco and retract his comments soon enough
He pretty much insinuated the Vitor Roque signing was some scheme orchestrated by Deco even though Roque's agent is Andre Cury and the deal was signed off by Mateu Alemany and Jordi Cruyff.
Now Deco may have recommended him, but I'm not sure how you can solely blame him and question whether some money was handed under the table when Alemany and Cruyff both also seemingly wanted him.

I don't think Julian is impossible, I think we could try for him if we really get into 1:1 and let Lewa go. He went for 75 + 20 mil 2 years ago so for Atleti to break even they should get 60 mil? Will probably want more but less than 100 mil. With his bad form they could be open to it more than a year ago and we all know Julian and Barca love each other. Far from sure but not impossible as Haaland would be. I'm talking about Laporta doing that as his big signing for the season of course, Font is irrelevant. Fill the defence and LW with kids like Deco started to do and get one big signing in Alvarez while letting Lewa go seems like a good policy for us. Much better than spending our budget on Lewa and Rashford which could also happen. Big test for Deco this summer.
