If we cannot sign Senesi after all the rumours this winter, and he goes to Juve (fucking Juve). Senesi will be free, plus he won't cost very dearly in wages.

Then it will be a confirmation our board is worthless or we are absolutely broke.

But we aren't (at least by the look of it) and he won't wait if maybe Deco rememebers in August that we need a CB. You have to secure free agents or players with expiring contracts now, not in July and August and I'm pretty sure Deco isn't doing that.

Also Araujo. We're almost too crowded in CB positions.

We are extending players contracts, we're letting starters leave for free if they want to. Good thing that we're not in a financial crisis where every cent counts to buy/loan any player. Charity FC

Senesi wont improve much. We need someone like guehi, upamecano or schlotterbeck, not another 28 year old midclass defender just because he is a free agent.
I would spend the 40 million which are needed for schlotterbeck and thats it. Guehi or upamecano would not be cheaper because of higher wage and signing fee

You can't sell player no one wants. with this high bill wage.

Ter Stegen and Fati are left to be ditched.

Christenen renewal will be good on FFP books, but it does not mean much if he will spend whole season injured.

It would be even better for FFP if we let him leave. I liked Christensen but you can't offer an extension to a player who hasn't played for 2 years in our situation.

I wasn't talking about TS and Fati, we're stuck with them but Christensen and Lewa (who will also get an extension) are different. We can get rid of them and they would release a lot of FFP but it looks like we'll offer them new contracts. Idiots.

Yes we can get rid of them, but can we get better player?

Market is lacking number 9s, and we have not real target.

Agree for CB, we should get player like Schloterback rather then bringing in Rashford + Vlahovic for free.

If the club extends his contract for a year and keeps him that year, there won't be any profit, as it'll run out next summer again. And contract's end has a better impact on our ffp than lowering his wage. If the club wants to sell him with a profit, a 2 year extension would make more sense then. Let's see what happens, so far there are only vague rumors.

Christensen share agent with Roony and Hamza (close to sign with us) so there might be an angle of agent favour with agreement for potential profit for the club, either with Christensen or one of his clients.
