Not necessarily the trophy in itself but beating RM in a final adds to it, especially when it's in a tight and heated game.

Its fun to beat Madrid, especially after the first Clasico of the season which was trash from Barca.

Imagine having a basically unlimited budget and spending hundreds of millions, only to spend the majority of the game defending deep in your own half against a financially broken rival.

That, in itself, is the biggest win and it is something that is not highlighted nearly enough by the media or by fans.

As for our team, I think we are close to our ceiling. We are probably one world class CB away from being able to achieve something in the Champions League.

To win the CL, we also need better fullbacks on both sides. Or at least one and Kounde back in form of last season. But currently, neither Balde, nor Kounde are competitive for the european toplevel.
