Just odd how he's played so many other big matches, very sporadic occurences. But really shit if true

Tbh. some of those leaks from Lewa's biography seem made up. But who knows.

Seeing Martin picked ahead of Christensen could be the final nail. I am still perplexed though. When he plays for Denmark he does it without problems but barely gets minutes here.

We might need a complete re-haul at the back with Araujo dropping out of favour as well and everyone else looking shaky. Except Eric.

Definitely the defender with the best resume in current squad. There must be something off with him when he doesn't get many chances given the quality and performances of his direct competitors.

Either he has a history of showing up late or he doesn't give a fuck in training. Not a good outlook on someone who is in his last contract year and wants to say because apparently him and his family love the life in Barcelona.

I believed he would make a difference this season, so far I've been wrong.

I don't know if he's just not been good enough in training or flick is just wrong for not giving him enough opportunities to play himself into form

It's been some time since his last injury now

Eric - Christensen is our best CB pairing right now. I hope by end of the season both are fit and form a great duo. No problem with Martin he is doing well but I certainly wouldn't trust him against any top class forward

A fit Christensen I have complete trust in. You can probably count on your hand the number of bad performances he had since arriving here. Eric has developed a lot and no matter the position I trust him too now.

When fit he is easily our best CB. Not sure why Flick doesn't bet on him though, maybe because his availability is so irregular when he is a starter.

Andreas Christensen wants nothing else than to stay at Barcelona beyond this season, and is making merits to try to convince Flick and Deco that he deserves to. Yesterday he was impeccable. @RogerTorello

I don't usually believe insider reports but the story about him refusing to play against Inter would make sense of Flick's treatement of him. It's also in line with Christensen's character, it's not a secret he shits his pants on big occasions for his whole career.

I agree he's our best CB and if he's fit and wants to play he should be our starting CB but I'm pretty sure this is his last season here.
