@Kul_z , between injuries and loss of key central defender and still top of the table at halfway point despite not being in top form nevermind even approaching last season’s level bodes well in that there is massive room for improvement they have in their tank
Question is, much like Flick’s dejected incident I don’t see a team playing with the requisite intensity with any consistency - perhaps they had more to prove last season and/or there are too many young players who have not experienced sustained success. I used to say this a lot when I exclusively watched the NBA, winning to get there is one thing - another thing altogether to avoid complacency (esp. with a young group)
