Normally, a winger has 2 ways to get into scoring positions. One is to dribble players from deeper, like Yamal is doing. The 2nd is through off the ball movement, making runs, exploiting various spaces on the field. And what you want is both wingers exploiting and testing these possibilities. They of course will naturally be better at one and not as good as the other, but both of these main means of creating danger from wide positions have to be fully exploited so the opponent does't get to simply settle into comfortable patterns of defending.
Having Raphinha doing mostly runs, and Lamine mostly only waiting ball to feet... that's turning the team into a very predictable side. Opponents know this and simply crowd Yamal and that's it. Half the job is already done.
