This fantasy that he is good on ball and a top defender surely now died.
Even last season..his best he was still done 1v1 and leaving too much room constantly and had brain farts near enough every game.

But yea it needs to be figured out, he normally starts slow, which is why I wasn't concern when everyone was acting up.
but by this time he's not all back to good form.

He was massively over rated last season with 'best RB in world' shouts.
Everything he is showing as weakness this season have alwys been there.. just even worse now.

If he looks at football through the lens of business/job, we need to approach him in the same way
If you are shit at work, you get fired or demoted
We should simply demote him for some time. Let him rot on the bench. Get kids from the academy for backup and play Eric at RB. If he comes back and shows he cares about football, we will be glad to have him at his best level
