Would go to the US instead. Better life, no pressure, easy league for him to score 20-30 goals a season and he can easily play another 3 years at least there.
Milan would be much better for his legacy and competitive mentality.

If he performs at Milan, his legacy will be unreal.

Legacy? He won already everything what he could achieve on individul level, so that's nonesense.
Competitiveness? Playing in a mid european team with higher ambitions than the reality allows them for a decade now, is hardly the holy grail. Especially if they don't reach their goals again, the target of accusations will always be the high profile players like him.

Absolutely nobody will care in 10 years about his potential 2 Milan years, when talking about his career. Same as with Modric. Even his entire Dortmund time people remembering, is already reduced to the one single game against Madrid and Milan will be much less than that.

US on the other hand guarantees him an easy and happy life without frustration, an important feeling on the pitch till 40. Thomas Müller is extremly happy right now, look at the amigos.

🚨 AC Milan are trying to convince Robert Lewandowski to join them after leaving Barcelona and have planned new meetings with his agents in the coming weeks. 🇵🇱

The Milan project is said to appeal to the Polish forward and they have recently been contacted by Lewandowski’s representatives and are expected to meet with his agent, Pini Zahavi, in the coming weeks to explore a wage package compatible with Milan’s financial limits.

People have different ambitions. RL9 might still wanna play at the highest level. Serie A is still a top 4 league and he can play in the CL too.

❗️It would be difficult for Barcelona to let Robert Lewandowski leave in January due to the financial fair play difficulties to sign a replacement and his importance to the team.

I don't watch MLS.
I did the first season when it started on account of Chicago Fire but then I lost interests.
It is a miracle that it did not go under since 1994.

But if he is here, I'll revive my interests

❗️Zlatan Ibrahimovic is pushing hard for AC Milan to sign Robert Lewandowski ahead of next season.

Lewy is also open to joining them, as he would continue to play Champions League football at the top level.
