Socios and penyas were invited to sessions and meetings, whoever was interested was allowed to express opinions and share ideas. Not like club is trying to buy singing fans.

Grada barely got together a couple of hundred persons who were willing to sing at the stadium, I don't think there is much interest from people outside Grada to cheer for the club on a regular basis. Why don't these people do it now? Or earlier together with Grada? They need meetings and approval from Laporta to cheer and sing? Lol, some fans they are. It's bullshit, no artifical new fan group will appear out of Laporta's ass, there will be a funeral atmosphere either at Montjuic or CN unless they unban Grada.
The irony is that even Grada is not one of the best fan groups around, many local clubs have better fans but without them it's literally silence at our home matches for 90 minutes.
We should change our slogan to Less than a club, it's more fitting than the current one.

It's very easy actually. You get in touch with these lot, proper fans, very few fairweather women who only turn up to easy access home games.
You give them their own stand, give them privileges in the club, free tickets, collude with them in making mosaics, tifos, just like every club in Europe that wants a loud stadium does.
But they don't want to do that, because they want to squeeze every last cent out of every damn opportunity. And also, we can't have anything disrupting the 'family atmosphere ' better known as ' no atmosphere at all.'
And the best one, all our fans have to fill in a political questionnaire to make sure they are all super duper liberal lefties, otherwise we thrown them out, like a true democracy does.

There needs to be a designated stand for singing fans. That stand needs to have cheaper tickets. That's how it works everywhere. And yes, you allow and encourage masculine, loud men there.
Some old hag or insta thot that ventures on that stand based on cheaper ticket will not repeat that mistake based off the "toxic" atmosphere.

I think that stand was already a closed section at Camp Nou that not everybody could buy tickets to.
Stuff like that is exactly what needs to be established. Who can enter, special pricing, dress code in terms of colours (like RM and BvB have with white/yellow), guidelines for size and quantity of banners, drums, flags.
Size of the sectioned area is also important as you don't want empty chairs and neither too small area. It could also include the second tier ring but with fewer restrictions there but also with the expectations that you participate in singing.
When I was last at CN there was great chemistry between the lower tier behind the goal and the second tier during the chants.
We all want a loud singing section that is blue and red, but it's not as simple as saying "go there, sing". I think the initiative to invite to discussion is great because after all you want to cater to the fans who contribute which means certain restrictions and also freedoms to make it as good as possible. Then if it's actually led to anything good idk, we'll find out when CN opens, if Laporta allows that section to begin with lol.

Yes it is, just allow Grada back to the stadium all of that happens instantly. They did it for years until Laporta banned them, they do it in away matches now and they would love to do it again as soon as the fat fuck lets them.
You're thinking too narrow. There's a chance to optimize and make it even better than it was before.

The only thing regarding fans in the last 25 years that Laporta did was to ban everyone who was a true fan, you can understand why I'm not optimistic that he will make it better.
Doubt he's a part of it. If I was him I'd get someone with lots of ambitions, either a consultant or someone within the club and tell him to make that stand as good as possible.
