Subpar game. I thought he would have a better game against an English side, as they give space.

But I was wrong. Newcastle pressed really well; Fermin doesn't do well when pressed.

But he was useful. Pressed well.
Thouhg I think Casado instead of him would have been a better bet and would have gotten us at least another goal.

This didn't age well, brother. Even though I love Fermin also. Olmo was class today.

This is why we don't sell players like Olmo or Casado because guess what nobody is making the season without getting injured.

Frenkie did, Gavi did, Olmo always does, Bernal ACL recovering well not fit, Fermin now. Etc etc

Don't forget about dr. Dro, time to shine. It'll be easier to replace Gavi, we have enough players there (for now) but the 10 will be a problem. Olmo is due an injury soon too.
