Having said that, the most important part is now to get the license from the City council before August 30th, so the auditor accepts the VIP seats lever to return us back to 1:1.
According to reports, LaLiga will only count the sale if the stadium gets officially the green-light, so these seats are actually usable. And obviously this needs to be done before the registration window closes.
So if that's true, the club has less time than mid September for the first game against Valencia.

By the way, following what some of the Spanish and Local people have been saying the reason for the delays are in order:

1. City being a pain in the ass to deal with when approving permits, typical bureaucracy.
2. Club being too late in applying for some of the permits and misjudging what needed to be done beforehand before applying and getting those approved.

Both of these things being the main reasons for the delays.

3. Limak having to bring in more people and obviously apply for work permits for them which also took time.

But most of them were saying that the reason there's no Limak fine of 1m per day is because the biggest reasons for the delays were things out of their control.

Then its more likely we play at Montjuic first half this season. I am not going to fall for them lies anymore.
Where there is smoke there is fire.

Oh, and if this happens, it means no returning to 1:1.
Probably no new signings except Garcia, who thankfully will be registered because of Stegen's surgery. Probably Olmo is getting registered in the same way.
