Meanwhile Real Madrid sold 22 year old Castilla player Victor Munoz to Osasuna for 5m. Yes that Vitor Munoz, the one who missed the one on one in El Clasico.

The Navarrese club will pay €5,000,000 for fifty percent of his economic rights, to which an additional €1 million could be added depending on the player's performance. The forward's release clause will be €40,000,000 on LaLiga EA Sports. Through the agreement reached, Real Madrid reserves a buy-back option on the player at the end of the next three seasons.

Make it make sense.

Maybe @khaled_a_d can't make it make sense, he seems to understand these things.

I'm still trying to figure it out, they sold two randos for 5m each

I discounted the other because he is basically part of the Carreras deal, but Munoz is a typical B team player doing well in the minor leagues.

There is no way he is equal value to Torre.

Barca rarely disclose the amount they got or pay for a player.

So far, everything indicates the 5M deal. Which is a good deal. He came for the same price, failed here, failed in Girona , not a teenage talent anymore, expiring contract, and we still get to recoup our investment with potential for more.

If it is for free, then it is a bad deal, he is worth couple of millions at least.

We are bad at selling players. Pablo is a player who could have easily be sold for 10m + sell on clause.

It's 10m. We sold 50% of the rights.

I mean this is a good deal. Contract till 2026 and 5 million for 50%

If he starts to shine in mallorca he will cost 25 million easy. Which will bring us another 10 million for a player that havent played for us in most of the games

5m was deliberate fee from Barca's perspective imo. It's what we initially paid for him so don't need to pay % of future sale to Racing right now. Only had to pay them some small fee (I think less than 1%) for development rights that are part of any transfer.

Has reportedly a 25m clause at Mallorca so if he ever becomes good enough for any team to consider paying that much we get another 10m. Of which we would need to pay 1-2m to Racing then (not sure if they have 10% or 20% of future sale) though but in 2-3 years that money will be less important for us than now. Hopefully, if not then we have much bigger problems ahead than worrying about Pablo Torre.

By selling him we also avoided paying Racing further appearances bonuses. 1m for every 10 (league?) games he plays at least 45 minutes. We reportedly paid 1m. Think I've read somewhere he played 14 such games but not sure where they've found them unless appearances on loan at Girona count as well.

Looking back at games he played at least 45 minutes in.

24/25 - 6 games (5x LL, 1x CDR)
22/23 - 4 games (1x LL, 2x CDR, 1x CL)

23/24 at Girona - 7 games (6x LL, 1x CDR)

So those Girona games probably count but even with Barca he played 10 such games if all competitions are included though AFAIK (from FM knowledge, lol) it's usually just league games. Has played 12 of those too between Barca and Girona. So probably fullfiled requirements for Racing to get that miliion whichever way we look at it.
