Wouldn't be easy would it, with a bulletproof Raphi Infront of him and all.

We sort of tried this with Trincao and it didn't work out.

But this kid has way better physical attributes. So I think he could be a job while developing.

There is one other lad we were linked with previously. The Danish runner at Benfica. Off the top of my head and butchering the name, Schruderlup or something.

Would probably be more expensive mind, slightly better tactically, but less of the old "potential".

Schjelderup, another one of my FM wonderkids. 😛

He's also Norwegian not Danish BTW.

Was linked with a move to Como a month ago but probably not actual for them anymore after they've signed Jesus Rodriguez.

Actually first guy isn't so bad

if you think of it as ket-keo-phom-phone.

Second guy's is just a jumble of letters though, lol.

Or could it be Motarag-hebja-far-pour?

Talking about names, don't know if you watch NFL or NCAA football.

There are some hard to pronounce names from Hawaian, Samoan and Polynesian players. Like Tua(nigamanuolepola) Tagovailoa. Nobody ever says his full first name, probably most people don't even know it. They just call him Tua and everyone following the NFL knows who he is because he's a very good starting QB and ofc his name is mentioned at least 50 times every game. But last name is also pronounced different than you would expect.

And then in the NCAA you have players with incredible names like General Booty, Cash Cheeks, Parker Titsworth, Noah Knigga, Dude Person, Legend Journey, Moh Bility, Decoldest Crawford, Shitta Sillah, Pig Cage,...:lol: Actually feel bad for some of these kids, lol.

Nah, American football looks decent. I tried to get into it a few years ago but didn't really stick. Maybe try again at some point.

Yeah that first guy's name is really hard to say and spell lol.

And some of those names defy belief. The parents must have been trolling with the given names. Dude Person, Moh Bility, Pig Cage, and my personal favourite, General Booty LOL. Legend Journey is brilliant too, lol.

Visit the NFL thread if you'll start to watch and have any questions. Not the most active thread, I try to keep it up when I can but I know a few people here like @DonAK follow the NFL. New season starts in less than two months.

Thanks, I will maybe try to give it another go as it has been three years since last time. It does seem interesting but it's just overwhelming when you know none of the players and are still learning the rules.

On the plus side though, there's far fewer games, a shorter season, and only one league as compared to European football, so maybe easier to follow in that sense. I did know the season starts every September and ends in February with the Superbowl.

Cheers mate. Will maybe give it a go.

There are some good videos on yt explaining basic rules, like the Ninh Ly one. It's 10 years old so ofc some rules have changed but basic principles of the game are still the same.

BTW, good channel explaining rules of sports (some of them are very weird) I didn't even know exists.
