Deco the king of the Croatian Youth team market.
The joke of the grown folks transfers market.
Get yo shit together
Thing is they don't want to risk with Fofana, Paixao or Nusa because they are not experienced yet and not high profile footballers who guarantee instant impactDiscouraging that we are only being linked to Diaz, Leao and Rashford still.
Got promising players like Malik Fofana (20) rumored to have a 30mil release clause due to Lyon being relegated. Even without the clause, they couldn't ask too much more than that from the 2nd division.
I probably like Igor Paixao (25) the most. Young, but had time to develop after leaving Brazil and just turned 25. Rumors value him around 25-35mil. Has had 3 good seasons in a row, last season being the best.
I like Nusa the least of the 3, more direct. Not as much of a dribbler as the other 2. The other two thrive on left as well, though Paixao has a good left foot as well.
Even Zaragoza is rumored to be going to Celta for around 15mil. Although a talented and interesting player, doesnt really having goal scoring boots.
They seem so desperate to not make a mistake they only stick with obvious options, despite them being not ideal for individual reasons. Broke club problems.
Roony seems very promising, he clearly has talent. However he's a right wing dominant player, which doesnt help us where we need it at the moment. The kids we saw on the left last year were all young, small and lacked real pace. Doubt that has changed in just 1 year. I'd love to be wrong, though.Cold shower with Nico case but club should be patient vs overreacting
Mercado has only just opened & there’s also Masia talents to assess in preseason that may influence, including Ronny
The Ratiu and Grimaldo operations should be considered in meantime as FB situation is probably biggest ‘need’ in immediate term
They want players they know will have an impact in the league.
Like doue and Barcola did.
Newcastle spend big on elanga.
Man Utd and whatever his name is
Chelsea with Pedro
So on and so forth.
It's standard operating procedure for big clubs.
You buy players you know will have an impact in your league because they play there or you buy established stars/players with big projections from outside the league.
Minimizing risk, maximum return.
You just used United, PSG and Chelsea to describe standard operating procedure in the transfet market. You okay, bud? They want players they know will have an impact in the league.

Lol more or less.True, but Spain only has Nico and Iago Aspas basically![]()
Key is having capable depth which we didn’t have last season - the gala XI wasn’t going to really change anyway with a Nico/LW addition, the advantage with a player like Nico was the chemistry with Lamine…else I wouldn’t be fixated on a name for LW, even Virgili might come good for LW or Juan/Guille etcRoony seems very promising, he clearly has talent. But if we had a promising left winger, we wouldn't have been after Nico in the first place.
Couldn't agree more on LB being high priority though.
