All his players are in Bilbao, like 8-9. He's living only through and for Bilbao. Obviously he pressured Nico massively to stay and that's why he also demanded guatantees which he knew Barca could not give immediately while waiting for LaLiga's ffp.
But in the end, if Nico gets influenced by him, it's his choice. He can't go against the player's wishes. Look at Frenkie, who wants to get rid of Dursun because Frenkie wants to extend, while Dursun prefered a move to make money. At heart, maybe Nico just feared to sit on the bench, so he rather remains a big fish in a small pond and just lets his agent take the blame. We'll never know.

To clarify this is just speculation on your end.
It has never been reported that Dursun was advocating Frenkie to move. Could simply be about what Dursun was demanding at the table with Barca. Only thing safe to say is that Frenkie felt Dursun was not representing his needs as well as should.

Honestly, It is part Nico and Barca's fault. Nico didn't sign for Barca due to registration issues as reported by Fabrizio, we need to get our shit together, not always blaming others.
