Just saying I believe he is not looking at the Barca move as working out successfully for
him. Is also down to system and his strengths.
If he did would be Barca player yesterday.

There's no way he sees Barca less successful than Bilbao or the opportunity, but I guess he genuinely just wanted to stay and had no real desire to join, in the end.
well he must be if he avoids bigger clubs cause he is scared of competition;I have never heard that excuse before for not getting a player

He has clear technical shortcomings. What gonna do when opponent sits back? Bilbao is save haven. Guaranteed to start. The easy choice. No pressure. No criticism when play at poor level. That’s the big thing going through his mind when decided.

He would likely improve us, but not significantly so that it would be a no brainer signing.
Now all of a sudden we have 60m or so to spend elsewhere. Split it between LB and LW backup.
