Really like Tony as of late.

We're going to have a tough job intergrating him and retaining him with Lamine around though.

Not unless Tony gets groomed for AMC or Lamine moves there.

He’ll get a good pre-season under Flick again and we’ll see if he gets integrated into the 1st team squad for next season - would love to see more of him

Flick brought up his name and how impressed he is by him again in a interview.

Only way he doesn't get promoted while flick is manager is if his development goes completely off the rails.

One of the most important thing in a players progression into the first team is having a manager that Believes in you, others might be more talented, but if the coach takes a liking to you for whatever reason that's half the job done.

This is why I think the club would listen to an offer for Fermin. What comes from behind has bigger potential.

Yea I like fermin and think he has a decent more head room to improve and if he went to a club where he starts every game we would see that.

But at the same time, we are stacked in that A.M position with talents coming through, who all look more naturally talented than he does, so to sell him for a solid 50m+ wouldn't be the end of the world

But the flip side of that is, it's not always about who is more talented, and fermin has that edge to his Game.

Ideally we don't need to sell Fermin nor Olmo till next summer. 2 seasons should be enough to decide who wins that battle.
