32 - Héctor Fort

You can see there is no real talent for a fullback there, in 10 years we'll barely remember he played for us. I don't think he can reach careers like Montoya or Miranda have/had.

I think AJ got it correct. He has talent but plays like a streetballer, aloof like Dest. Dissapointed as I really rated him at youth level.

Still he is so young, he needs to get out there and develop his game for a few seasons in the first 11. I wouldn't say he doesn't have a future here as with even just one year of LaLiga football can grow alot.

Just don't do a Fresneda move and hardly kick a ball for two years.

If Flick hadn't fati-ied him we wouldn't have to see Martin starting next season and Fort's overall play would have already improved since his skill level's far above latter.

Looks like Flick trusts Fort and Martin to be our back-ups next season. I agree with him. A LW and CB are clearly the priorities this summer, if one of Christensen/Araujo leaves, maybe a GK too. Kounde will play most of the games anyways, so having a young La-Masia kid on the bench who will be glad for every minute he gets, won't bring toxicity, nor has a big salary is a perfect fit behind Kounde.

We need to keep going the path of using cheap promising La-Masia backups, who will eat grass when giving the opportunity, instead of repeat Bartomeu's disastrous transfers in paying 20m fee + high wages for old bums who want to have Barca in the end of their career in their CV.

At this point all these rumours are meh. Squad can change in an instance. I doubt club would say no to an enticing loan offer where he plays regularly.

I would be truly stunned if we signed a FB, we just have to rotate more earlier.

Not that I'm happy with it especially with Martin, but I would be stunned if it changed
