He's very good player who opens up in the box in a cool way. Very cool. He has good dribbling in tight spaces, good acceleration, his left foot isn't just for walking, he can score goals, give assists, has a good shot (finishing moments are worth working on of course), he's not lazy, works hard without the ball, he's only 22 years old soon, has a long term contract with one of the lowest wages at the club.
Give me one reason why we should sell this guy for 20-30 million.

So in your own estimation, that Fermin you watch at Barca everytime is better than Kovacic, Ugarte and Nico Gonzalez and so should cost more?

Absolutely. A thousand percent. Exception, Kovacic was also good at Real - they are somewhere close - but they are players of different positions.
Kovacic was especially valuable then for the reason that he could make progressive runs of 50-60 meters from deep, breaking the opponent's press at the expense of dribbling.

The travesty of this conversation is, no one will even offer anything for him or contemplate to, bar some bull shit rumours by lazy journalists and newbie bloggers driving traffic.
He won't survive outside of Barca except at some lower LL teams. There is a line across which you need more than grit to get you beyond.
Probably going to fizzle out to oblivion like Puig(who ironically still have a sizeable followerhip here) or find his level like Moriba(who had more praises here some years ago until the live affair went sour).
When finances improve and club is able to afford more technical players., hebwill be shipped out ignominiously.
