Not only he has no idea
The really bad thing with him is that he has no idea THAT he has no idea.
In other words, 0 self-awareness

Guy thinks he is the new Pep and they are letting him down by not spending trillions on his whim
He had the audacity to request THIS from the board:
@FCBRonit
"The manager also demands to have a very strong saying in all sporting decisions without much interference from the sporting director or president; which has not been welcomed by the club directors yet."

Can you even imagine?
Something that truly WC coaches like Klopp HAD NEVER requested
Only an utter clown would think of himself like that

Go away and have your period on some other thread

WE cleberating here!

LETS GOOO

Really good summary.
Serghei STILL stanning for this fool despite all the evidence. Xavi has no idea what he's doing, his support staff are clueless too and yet we continue on this downward spiral. Absolute insanity.
If we have another CL group exits, will Laporta overlook it??? Its possible. We had an easy group this season. I'm just dumbstruck at how fucked up the situation is here. Unbelievable.
A CL group with one of the worst Porto teams in years, a refugee Shaktar team and Antwerp. More like Conference League KO stage quality, than CL.

We then faced a terrible Napoli. Only to fold at the first big hurdle against PSG.

And serghei has the guts to tell us Xavi nearly got the team to a CL semifinal.

It's not guts
It's audacity and insidiousness together

But people still fall for that kind of manipulation of truth Serghei is sneakily offering every time to push his agenda

There are enough options out there. Tuchel and Flick for starters but we know the club won't spend money on a proper manager.
It seems Laporta only cares about local fans and international fans are only a cow to milk.
Someone posted a video from The Athletic. It was embarrassing hearing them talk about us being the next Benfica and having to sell players to sustain ourselves. However that's the reality we face today.

His ego is out of control. He was a great player but this is unacceptable.
Do the locals still support him unconditionally???
We may as well sack Deco and give the job to Xavi. Lol.

🚨🚨🎙️| Jose Mourinho: "I won a Europa League final with long balls from Sergio Romero to Marouane Fellaini. Ajax pressing, but pressing oxygen because the ball was not there. Ball to Fellaini’s chest. Play from there. Two-nil. Bring the cup home. Three titles. Disaster of a season."

People generally pin too much on the coach. Details sunk us this year. The squad only clicked when Xavi introduced Cubarsi, and I don't think you can blame him for not doing that a few months sooner (and thus competing for the League). Heck, he deserves credit for trusting youth players. Generally I am worried the next coach won't put so much emphasis on La Masia.

Also people don't like to point at refs, but they have been a disgrace this season.

"the squad clicked" -> two good displays against Napoli at home and PSG away

What kind of drugs are you Xavi apologists on?

The team sucks for almost the whole season, with or without Cubarsi
The display against Madrid on Sunday was an embarassment

''I found Xavi did a very good job at Barca. Imo he announced too early he will leave Barca. Against PSG and Real they had bad luck. But they showed this season that they grow together and become stronger and if you think about the age of the players they can become only better. That's why i think Xavi should have stayed!''

Santi Canizares: ""Laporta has something fantastic in Xavi, which is a shield against failure because he is a legend of Barcelona, you respect him even if you don't like him. The board feels protected having Xavi,"

Horatio

You're welcome
I think xavi done a solid enough job. Had a handful of games that were fun to watch with plenty of attack these last months. Don’t forget we are integrating youths. Played with abysmal keeper for 1 half of season. Would have been in semi of cl if not were for araujo. We did plenty good in the clasico. Scored 3 against them with 1 goal illegimately turned down.

Fine with giving xavi at least another half season. Only other option is marquez anyways.
Just hope we can have a different no.9. Curious what he will do with gavi back.

Horatio, came on man.
You can do better than that

'only other option is marquez' is for the idiots that rule the club.
Any sound SD would have seen the TONS of better prospects out there waiting for the Barca job
