Anytime there's some adversity this bum loses his marbles and gets sent off.
He simply doesn't have the mentality to manage a mid table team.
A moron who should ask for his Qatari job again.

He needs to learn to control his emotions. A manager at any level with this many red cards is ridiculous. His expulsion today added to the implosion and he added fuel to the fire instead of calming the team down while the tie was still level.

I think he can become a top coach but he came to Barca too early. Needs years of experience in a different competitive environment to figure out his tactics.

He's not becoming a top coach mate.

He's delusional in his views and completely reckless on the sidelines. Every top manager has trait of conveying composure and calmness to their teams in addition to being tactically aware. This is not just refelcted in the manager on the sidelines, but also the team itself.

Xavi is actually like a much worse version than current Mourinho. He wouldn't even come close to Mourinho when he was at the top of his managerial career.

I take back what I say about him sharing no blame.

His post match interview is embarrassing.

We gotta get these Catalans out of this club. Xavi and Laporta both need to get out of this club.
This club will ALWAYS be biased towards the Catalans or the Dutch

Someone blames Araujo, some Lewa, some Xavi, or everyone.

For the record, don't think Lucho outcoached Xavi while PSG were deemed favorites going into this tie.

I do agree about needing to control his emotions and be more self-critical.

Was hilarious watching his interview on tv where he was going on a rant about the Araujo foul not being a foul or red card and then two minutes later they ask ter Stegen the same question who's like probably a foul and fair red card because of that.

In the eyes of some fans, we are never allowed to play pragmatically.

We are only ever allowed to win, when we are by far the best team on the field and in the world.

1-0 up against a team that has all the pace in the world, we should have done what? Came out and pressed them, leave space in behind for them to exploit if they beat the press?.

Control the ball like prime Barcelona and pass them to death?

We did exactly what we should have done to start the game, weather there storm at the start and score a goal on the counter.

The game was decided by 1 thing and 1 thing only.

All true. The club is not in a great era, to have a team to play the game we ideally want. Have to mold on the opponent, when the opponent is stronger, and work with that.

Nothing wrong with the tactics tonight. The superior team won. Most of our players are not good enough at the moment. They can produce a very good game vs a top opponent, but they can also make idiotic errors like tonight.

Xavi is a bad loser no doubt.

He can be a bad loser for all I care, but the least we should be able to expect from him is not to lose his shit and get sent off every second game.
He seriously need to learn to control that otherwise that shit alone will have teams look the other way. Even Mourinho at his worst wasn't getting sent off so often and he was an asshole.

He has more red cards than trophies as manager

Xavi being delusional is nothing new.

It was a red card all day long. It was a foul on a player who was through on goal with a clear goal scoring opportunity. If you follow the rules of the game, that will always be a red card.

This is why Xavi has to go. He believes he knows the game better than everyone else but his belief is delusional and goes against simple logic and concrete rule of the game.

Then the club will die lol.

Both are fossils in world football and their football philosophies are irrelevant in modern day.
Could argue that it's making a comeback with how many great youngsters emerged this season. Only time will tell, and most fans in Barca rather keep the Barca Way than change the way we play/modernize/adapt

Anyway, players will learn from this. It's a new level for almost all of our players except for the old ones, including Araujo. He also lacks experience in games of this type of pressure.

And the sooner we come back to Camp Nou the better. Dislike this Olimpic stadium.

Once you constantly make it season by season in CL quarters, some semis and maybe a final is gonna happen. Naturally.

We'll see.
Nothing is a guarantee in life. Especially when your club cannot spend or hire a top manager, and even if they can spend something or hire someone that is dictated by a fatso influenced by two agents.
