He was promoted already. But currently we have 8 midfielders in the team. Busi, Raki, Vidal, FDJ, Arthur, Alena, Puig and Roberto. This is assuming Rafinha will leave. So for Puig to have a chance we need to sell 2 of these 8 (or one and mark Roberto as RB which will not happen again IMHO)
