Apparently they rejected all UEFA proposals, including neutral venue as long as it is played on the same dates. Some says they also rejected a home and away games. Only wanted Roma on 31st of March or after the World Cup.

Apparently, AFA and Conmebol are mad that UEFA didn't consult with them of those statements before UEFA released it to the public. Not saying that AFA are 100% blame free on this, but common sense and reports that have came out seems like UEFA has been the one making this process a lot difficult.
