The space reserved for singing fans is to small to make a difference, you really need 5-6000 people to drown the stadium in noise. 4-5 rows of noise will not be heard even across the pitch on the other side. The current setup in a corner is just embarrasing, a few hudred people can not create ambience, it is literally pointless as it is now.
