Publicly, he says that he is unsure and will make the decision after the pre-season, but I think it's 99% assumed that he will go. Doesn't make sense to drop the bomb 5 months before the WC starts

It would depend on his current form. In this age 6 months is a long long time. If he is not feeling it 100% i think he won't go.
