11 - Raphinha

Impressive no doubt but also this season he has had by far the 'easier' fixtures than others if comparing goals/assists per min.

Fermin for example has goal/assist every 79 mins from open play this season and Raphinha has 74.9.

That is with Fermin playing in the far tougher fixtures across the board while Raph missed PSG, most of Chelsea in CL and has been missing from majority of games vs the better La Liga sides so far.

Roony is the attacker with best goals/assists per min at 69 mins.

Funny to mention tough games considering this guy's numbers in CL and Clasicos.

We've ran circles around this a lot, but you don't think he is our most important player? For me he is no1 and Yamal close 2nd. Pedri 3rd.

When Yamal will improve his shooting and will become a more reliable scorer he will be 1st, despite the lower effort and workrate.

He has no goals/assists in CL this season so far.

So not all that funny.

Fact remains he has missed a lot of the toughest games this season more so than any other attacking player bar Roony.

No chance is Raphinha better or more important than Yamal.

Last night alone Yamal put in a performance Raphinha hasnt come close to this season.

Well, he played AM and Madrid. Toughest opponents domestically. Instrumental in both wins. Ah, Villareal also. Played vs 3 out of the best 4 teams in Spain last season. Instrumental vs Villareal, AM, Madrid wins.

So did the others while also some playing away in Bernabeu, home to PSG and away to Chelsea while playing more of the teams currently in top half of table.

Scored his pen v Villareal but wasnt amazing.

Yeah, games we lost and played like shite in. Doesn't get higher difficulty in Spain atm than Madrid, Villareal, Atletico and Bilbao. Forgot Bilbao  These are the CL teams of Spain.

Wouldnt say Barca were shite in them and more than Raphinha missing but fact remains he has missed a lot of the tougher games this season in both CL and league.

That is a fact.

Bilbao.. another league game he largely missed.

Indeed as did others..thats the point.. he has played less games v the top sides.

Missed by far the x2 toughest CL games and missed majority of games in league v the current top half teams.

Obtained and converted the pen for the oppener, almost scored a golazo from 25m. That's the point. Even if he doesn't have an amazing performance, he tends to always do something that leads to a goal. For himself or for a teammate.
