Depends. United Liverpool is boring af in terms of the actual Football. The North London derby, Chelsea Arsenal, City Liverpool and City United are all consistently entertaining fixtures.

Spanish top games are way more chaotic and entertaining with terrible reffing on top making it controversial and interesting for neutrals.

If you want pure chaos and entertainment from football point a view, you should watch Bundesleague. Very fun games. Chaos in full speed.
