The Court of Arbitration for Sport has opened an investigation into La Liga President Javier Tebas for allegedly disclosing confidential information regarding Barcelona's finances. This action could have consequences for Tebas, ranging from a public reprimand to a temporary suspension ranging from two months to one year, or even dismissal from his position. The complaint was filed by Miguel Ángel Galán, president of the Association for Transparency and Democracy in Sport. The Spanish National Sports Council, which studied Galán's complaint for several months, determined that the disclosure of Barcelona's financial data in a statement [which was later removed from the website] constituted a potentially very serious infraction. Thankfully Moses didn't write anything about disclosing confidential information in his commandments, so Tebas is safe here.
