Villareal would be fighting relegation in EPL is the reality.

They are miles off even mid table teams.

They are still stuck in LaLiga land as an institution. Completely dates football outlook.

City rivals in LaLiga2 will overtake them in a decade. More international outlook.

They need Rodri though.

Donarumma, Rodri, Haaland and Doku (Looks immense this year) can win them the CL.

Villareal couldnt handle playing teams with 2 wingers today.

They couldnt handle it.

Next to no team in La Liga play like that bar Real at times.

While in EPL almost every team has good wide players.

La Liga teams.. including Barca and Real looked shocked at times playing these better sides in Europe with pace and physicality.

Fucking Crystal Palace who have lost a lot of players in recent season have players that would improve Barca a lot.

It is sad.

They would improve most teams a lot so no all on Barca just the quality of players the likes of Palace can now have.

True.

Premier League is just super strong right now.

Newcastle beating Benfica 3-0, Arsenal winning 4-0 vs Atleti.

I think it's no exaggeration to say the likes of Brighton and Bournemouth would beat Benfica and Villarreal comfortably and maybe even Atletico.

I’ve only seen Atletico vs Liverpool and Arsenal but goodness me are they shite.

Think they could do with fresh ideas in the dugout.

We can compare Villarreal to the EPL and say they are well off the level.

But for Atleti no excuses.

Worlds highest paid manager and spent like an EPL side the past two summers.

Zero excuses for them.

City have looked a lot better in recent weeks.

They are changing way play and rotating a lot.

Look fucking miles ahead of Barca on last few games evidence.
Too many simpletons who can't see beyond the last game said they and Pep were finished because they had an off-season last year (despite winning four league titles in a row before that).

Other than a few players, they have a far better squad than Barca. And a miles (and I mean miles) better system, and especially coach.

They were always gonna have a resurgence. They'll be winning things and be the top team in Manchester for the rest of our lifetimes.
