I wanted to pull my hair out. Frenkie and Pedri were doing backflips trying to get out of our half and he was nowhere to be found or tried some usless cute stuff. We basically played with 2 midfielders for most of the game.

Only good thing about this game is that pedri and frenkie can keep us in the tie against anyone literally. Olmo needs to step the fuck up

Mind, they didn’t have good game themselves but when you are hounded by 10 players while 2 or ours are mia(lamine and Olmo) it’s hard to play good.

He needed to be the third midfielder in yesterdays game and support Frenkie and Pedri centrally, especially as the game went on and the fullbacks got more and more ineffective as outlets.

I don't think Fermin would have changed much in yesterdays game other than better workrate.

And to be fair, that's probably what was needed.
