Seeing bojan besides him even more worrying .. what makes bojan suited for directorial job being catalan aside ?

I never understood this argument.
Most football SD didn't have a prior experience, or at most they were assisting like Bojan doing now.

Txiki is one of the GOAT SD we had, and even in EPL too, and he had barely any experience before joining us, same Zubi who times proven he was actually fairly competent but hindered with the board.

It is same as coaches too, many proves their worth from the beginning. It is usually known by those who has worked with them if they have it or not.

Article yesterday that Bojan was the one pushing incorporation of DRO to Flick.

Anyways, Bojan, no idea if he is out of his depth or not. But he was supposed to be in an advisory role for the youth players moving up in dynamics having himself personally experienced the pressure of being a perceived super talent and not being able to cope with the weight of it.

Now should he have taken this experience and further developed and educated it? Possibly. But still, I am willing to give him a shot as long as he has added some sort theory to his experiences and can effectively export this to the benefit of the young players.

Also remember that his dad has been a full time talent scout for decades at the club, so he should have a wealth of background knowledge to him.

This idiot was present on Barca - Fenerbahce match. Apparently, he was there to "watch" Varela who barely plays at all and again got 1 minute.

You mean Dinamo.

He was probably there because he has some other "bussiness" dealings with Bara, both seem suspicious as fuck.

Got some downtime, probably checking in with Andy from Toy Story, and also seeing what's happening with Cardoso.

Big Dom is doing well at Dynamo, and in general the Dynamo team plays very well with talented players so I don't see a problem with him being there.

Better shady business with Andy Bara to bring us some young talents than Lieporta's connections with Pini Zahavi who brought old tractor to the club.

Deco is the man. Fatporta and Bumsi are holding this club back.

Financial expert Deco:

"Fair play affects every club. Barça doesn’t have financial problems — what we have are restrictions, and we’re managing them."

Reality: FC Barcelona had the biggest debt in European football in 2025, with an estimated debt of €2.7 billion.

When you travel everywhere, attend free dinners daily, do basically nothing for 3 years, it certainly does feel like there are no financial problems.

President lies on every corner and sports director blabs and blabs and gets himself embarrassed.

[Yesterday, Deco dined in Barcelona with Juanma López and Andy Bara, the agents of Dani Olmo and Joan García, to review Olmo’s current status and discuss the goalkeeper’s recent meniscus injury. President Joan Laporta, who maintains a strong relationship with both agents, was unable to attend the dinner.]

Oh man, another meeting about nothing or could be done in club offices but why not call it a business expense and go to a nice dinner?

Deco is right, Barca are indeed in no financial trouble with 2 billion debt. Life is good.

More from this idiot: "Right now we have players in their prime, like Raphinha, De Jong, Koundé, and Olmo, who are 26 years old.”

Fact: Raphinha - 28, Kounde 26 (almost 27), De Jong - 28, Olmo - 27. Got almost nothing right. Got Ferran and Fermin age wrong too btw.

Why does he open his mouth? Can't imagine what his actual thinking is when he is comfortable speaking this.

He should learn to shut up when having nothing to say.

If I could,everyone can.
