Best thing about this format is that losers in CL don't get to flex their muscles in EL. They go straight home.

Looking at Tottenham. 3-14 shots vs Bodo.

Their best form was the first 6 month after Klopp left.

Since then it's all been a bit average under Slot.

I recall the English media were sucking Slots nuts in those opening months the same way Andy Gray and Richard Keys used go suck off Jose after moving to Chelsea.

Let's see if he kicks things into gear the business part of the season otherwise it's looking nothing more than a post Klopp bump.

If Gala were more clinical, they would pump Liverpool today, who are horrible especially in the midfield. They kinda remind me of current Real Madrid.

True, but he had a few good one liners last year. If a tad fake humble arrogance.

Of course when Isak and Wirtz eventually hit form, then everything could start looking a bit special.

I'm enjoying the struggle for now though.
