Jack Grealish

Fantastic player if you don't expect him to score many goals. There isn't a player in Europe I can think of who, at his best, can drive his team up the field and also win foul after foul in dangerous areas. He constantly has two players near him which leaves more space for others to explore.

He needs to leave City asap and go back to playing with his natural flair as he did at Aston Villa. Guardiola has sucked it out of him, as he has with Foden.

Greaslish is another overhyped English player. I don't understand what Pep saw in him. Like other English players he has his moments but just not world class.

I don't think anyone has ever said Grealish is world-class. He has too many holes in his game to be that. But what he can be is a highly effective player. He's arguably the most fouled player in Europe for a reason.

He's a dickhead but he's always been a class technician with good football IQ. He's much better than Rashford, Garnacho, Sancho, Doku, Martinelli and plebs like that.

People don't like him as a player because he wasn't getting stats at Man City and wasn't direct enough. But in the latter half of the treble season he played a huge part qualitatively. True, he underperformed at other times.

His problem isn't his talent or his football IQ, it's that he's a fanny who doesn't take life seriously (it seems) and cannot stay off the drink and/or coke. Hopefully with the World Cup coming up Moyes has had a word.

Guardiola also has to take some blame. Grealish was far more immature when he was younger and played for Villa, yet that didn't stop him from getting MOTM most weeks. Guardiola turns flair players into system players. He's done the same with Foden, who now requires a functioning system to shine. When he first came on the scene he was such a fun player to watch for a couple of years. He used to beat players for fun but now he's all about retaining the ball 90% of the time.

A player like Grealish needs to be allowed off a leash. He also works hard enough anyway, he's far from lazy.

If I say Grealish is a quality player then he definitely is, because I despise him off the park and it would be so easy for me to say he's overrated on it due to bias against him. He's a total cunt of a man and one of the most overrated guys ever in the looks department (seriously, he's below average looking and these whores who say he's very handsome would never look twice at him if he wasn't a footballer).

I hate the cunt, so if I of all people am saying he's a top class footballer, then he must be.

What a player
Why tf did we go for Trashford over him, fire the scouting department immediately

“I FELL OUT OF LOVE WITH FOOTBALL, BUT TODAY I FELT IT AGAIN”

After the match against Brighton, Jack Grealish made a confession that struck a deep chord: 🗣️“I feel like over the last two years I haven’t enjoyed football as much as I should have, I fell out of love. And it’s nobody’s fault, it’s my fault. I love football and I wanted to have that feeling again: that of waking up on matchday and being excited to play. That’s how I felt today and I hope my performance showed it.”

Grealish could have stayed on City’s bench with his millionaire salary. But he chose to fall in love with the game again. What fulfills him isn’t the contract. It’s the ball.

Football isn’t always happiness. Sometimes you need to get lost to feel it again.

Moyes will definitely have a word with him, over a drink and/or coke.

Anyways, at his age, he found football again. I guess it happens after the overally structured and controlled City football, going through a crisis at that.

Coutinho also had a mini resurgence initially at Villa. Let's see if he, and Everton can keep this up.
