The amount of times Messi played a 'one two with the defender' as in the ball coming back to him off the opponent was madness, something I haven't seen from any other player. Maybe Suarez came closest with that.

Noone is disputing his qualities but let's call it like it is. Calling out particular mistakes does not take away from his obvious qualities.

Nobody denies Yamal loses the ball - the point is why. High-risk players always do, because they’re the ones constantly trying to break defenses. Messi was also sometimes criticized and had an enormous number of lost balls, yet it was precisely those risks that made him decisive. Using Messi as an example isn’t “primary school,” it’s literally the most relevant comparison- he also lost possession a lot because he was constantly trying to create.

Comparing that to Christensen randomly scoring a goal is a false equivalence - Yamal’s turnovers come directly from his role on the pitch. If you want a player who never loses the ball, you tell him to play sideways passes all match. If you want someone who changes games, you accept some mistakes as part of the deal.
Also, calling someone out for having a "primary school argument" because of your own inability to comprehend it is itself childish - or as you say it - primary school. Do better.

Yeah Lamal will keep losing the ball here and there and sometimes it will lead into goals against Barca. But more often than not those actions will result us getting into scoring chances.

Ok then lets think of it another way. Yamal gave up a counter that led directly to the penalty.

He also had an assist (Sure it was a nothing assist but hey we have a defense that could have prevented a goal that was all his fault)
