None of it matters as long as Fermin and Casado don't ask to be sold themselves. We don't push La-Masia talents out, who identify with the club, improve the team and had their breakthrough recently. That's not how Barca operates. Xavi Simons is exactly the wrong La-Masia example, who left the club for money. If you kick out the homegrown players that want to stay, but call the ones back who left you for money, then you lose your identification and give a bad example to La-Masia kids. Casado and Fermin have to be prioritized before Xavi all the time.
Improving finances and the team isn't the only thing to look at.

Indeed no one can or will force them out.
Likes of Casado is 4th choice in his one position when all fit.
It opens up chances for more La Masia players and no one is looking badly at likes of Casado and Fermin going from being not rated highly at La Masia to sticking at it and getting a move.
Barca took Pique back, took Fabregas back, took Olmo back, took Garcia back.... none of that had a negative impact on La Masia and players produced.
Barca need to take decisions for the best of the team and never keep on inferior players as they are from La Masia.

If we lose him (and getting no reinforcements for CB), we will be lucky to win even CDR. This is arguably a worse squad than 23/24 injury-ridden Barca. I'm absolutely shocked at how bad the squad planning has been this year after all the trophies we won. Downright embarrassing and I'm surprised that Flick hasn't had a fight with Deco and Laporta.
