He's had periods of success there. While I wouldn't say he's worth what they paid for him, calling him a flop is nonsense.

He was never going to be one of their main players considering the players they already had at the club.

He's generally started in all of there biggest games up until last season. I wouldn't call that losing interest in him.

Ferran is better there.

Clearly Flick will try him at CF this season sometimes. Idea not too bad, although most people think Rashford is no CF. He doesnt have Lewa positioning and intelligence in the box but has probably best ball striking in the team and can make very good runs. Also great in combinations for Toni goal. Lewa can help him in those regards he lacks too.

He also hasnt shared the pitch with Lamine yet. And Lamine makes everybody better. It should be an interesting duo.

Well thats very much like Lewa who often strugles in tight spaces. But Lewa provides the goals which is why heis still ahead of Ferran.

I think this was a good friendly that showed us a few things and curbed the hypetrain on Droony and that they will not be the solutions that the media has pushed as.

As for Rashford, will be a good signing but game showed we still lack that Lamine ball to feet relief on the left. Raphi, Rashy and Ferran all close to each other in profile and still leave us with a gap that only Virgili could fill. But obviously Flick deemed not at the level and the hair too curly.

It started pouring rain 10 minutes into second half. Unfair conditions to be judged, unfortunately. The ball was sliding quickly and slowing down in a puddle the next.

One thing I did like from Rashford, is that that made fast, heavy hit passes to him several times and he either successfully one touch passed them or controlled them closely. Was refreshing since 50% of the time they either bounce off Lewa and he loses the ball or 1 touch passes it to the other team.

Team was mostly just trying not to get injured in the rain majority of second half, which was smart. Might have still had bad luck with Cubarsi.

I wouldn't say great, but better than expected. Looked fit and had a good pace. Flick didn't field him with the first team, so we need to wait and see how he does there. Maybe at Gamper with Rapha on the 10.
