Been hearing "we're going to be okay now!" all this season and last, but it's been nonsense all along. I can't blame Laporta much, he took over a disaster, but putting up a false front to attempt to mask the horrible state the club has been in is annoying to fans. After a while, everyone saw right through it anyway. I would of preferred transparency, but I guess he thought it might preserve the reputation of the club a bit.

I think Tebas will continue to make things as difficult as possible for us, unless we brokered a deal with him to fuck off a bit vs legal action for him leaking our financials to Nico etc that whole thing seemed like a lay up for Laporta and it's suspicious that they didnt capitalize on it.

Anyway, way off topic. Isak going to still be >>>100mil next summer and I dont see us bringing in much from sales either. Lewa's salary off the books will help sure, but I'm not getting my hopes up. One thing is for sure though, we'll definitely need to find a striker solution.

If the CN situation doesn't change this season (that seems more and more likely) we'll be in a similar situation with FFP. No chance for 150+ mil € transfer even if we would return to CN.
