Liverpool - RIP Diogo Jota

True, I agree with both posts. You're right. If he killed his brother it could be termed manslaughter at the very least and people are now supporting him for it.

But yeah, they're both dead. I guess if he was speeding and his brother had died and he'd lived we'd see a VERY different reaction to this.

Asking 100m for a 28 year old Diaz with 0 reselling value as wingers tend to decline the fastest after 30 and the position comes with many alternatives to begin with, but offering 120m for 25y old Isak who is one of the most sought-after strikers, with nearly no alternatives. Shameless club.

They can ask whatever the fuck they want.

Yes thank you, I wrote exactly that:

Not to mention that 100m+ for Diaz is completely ridiculous. But they don't want to sell him, so they can demand whatever they want.

Just the combination between ridiculously overpricing Diaz and making an under market offer for the currently most valuable and sought-after striker position makes them shameless.

Why exactly can't they do what they want with their assets and money?
True. Think Loki is just saying they're chancers, trying to sell their 'decent' players for massive fees while getting far better players in for not much more.

Nothing wrong with it of course. But it's no wonder they do so well financially when they can make average defenders like Quansah part of the Wirtz agreement.

They're extremely good at selling players. Whereas United - for example - are awful at it.

Liverpool is clearly not short of money. Signed Wirtz for north of 100m, now ready to offer even more for Isak, pushing for Rodrygo, then guys like Frimpong, Kerkez

And when you have money you can really do whatever you want in the transfer market
