Thats what they say, there's a fine like between genius and a madman.
Flick is a manager who's bravery almosr borders on recklessness.
However it's that insanity that makes him tick. He is a firm believer in his philosophy and he sticks by it.
What he has managed to do is crazy. We have played fantastic football while beset with huge financial issues. When you have difficulty registering players you know there's huge issues.
He has introduced youngsters into the team.
Improved players who were considered lost causes. Pedri, Ferran, Eric, Raphinha for starters.
He has been positive in his press conferences. Xavi was the complete opposite.
He's introduced discipline but hasn't been overbearing. The players seem pretty fond of him bar a few.
Overall brilliant for a debut season where he's dealt with so many hurdles and been under constant pressure with such a small squad.
I'd live to see him get some quality, physical players. In a system like Flicks they would thrive. As someone mentioned his system works even better when it has that physical element to it. Throw some players with similar qualities to Goretzka, Alba, Boateng and Tolisso and we'd be cooking.

🤣 at rating that peon Shitverde above Flick. Responsible for 2 abject, humiliating chokes in CL while Flick managed to instil a never say die mentality.
I have no respect for Valverde. He was cucked by amigos and really damaged us in the long run.
If it weren't for Messi, Valverde would have zero league titles.

He has exposed himself, i mean nobody here has a problem if he followed Barca because he is Messi fan but his obsession to want everyone banned here who isnt the biggest fan of la pulga while celebrating everyone who trolls Barca and is a Messi fan was/is cringe. Fortunately, he slowed down over the years but now he needs to stop that.
